Calus was born on Christmas Day at Cincinnati General Hospital, and as he grew up, he developed a love for toys. As a young boy, Calus began building toys with his dad and delivering them to other kids in his neighborhood on Christmas Eve. Soon, everyone wanted toys from Calus, and after going to college and meeting Claus, they moved to the North Pole and began manufacturing toys year-round.

Snipp, Snap and Snurr vacation with their parents in Sweden. They meet a family from Lapland who come to their rescue accompanied by their pet reindeer.

Santa runs into a few problems on his Christmas Eve journey. At the beginning of the trip, he gets delayed by a snow storm. When it clears up, he continues to the first little boy's house, but his reindeer have trouble landing on the icy roof. Santa continues to encounter problems, but manages to deliver all the presents.

Elwyn, Santa's oldest elf, enjoys making toys for all the little girls and boys. Unfortunately, this year Elwyn is too late in finishing his toys, and Santa has already left for the North Pole. Luckily, Blitzen, the oldest reindeer, takes Elwyn and his toys and delivers them.

Teeka has been asked by Santa to get his reindeer ready to fly on Christmas Eve. Once she works with them, her strong hand does more harm than good. Teeka finds that she may need a gentler touch to get the reindeer ready.

Mabel and Will go on an adventure with Lillian Two Blossom. She answers many of their questions about the world and nature on a magical boat ride.

Samantha writes Santa a thank-you letter and the two become pen pals. Santa writes about his reindeer and Samantha writes about the polar bear at the zoo. By the time Christmas comes, Samantha has learned many things about Santa and giving.

Santa was not always the lovable gift giver we know him as today. He tried out many jobs starting when he was a young man including chimney sweep, postal worker, cook, zookeeper, and circus performer before he found the job that was right for him. He only became the Santa we know and love after meeting the elves at the circus and going to their homes where he suggested they work together to give gifts to people around the world on one special night a year.

It is Christmas Eve and Santa is delivering presents. When he arrives at a house, he finds a very noisy, active dog. Santa is still able to drop off the presents without waking the children and they all enjoy their presents the next morning. They also have a red surprise to touch -- thanks to the dog!
