A young boy sneaks off from a school field trip. He is left in the history museum overnight where he discovers his classmates, family, and acquaintances take on new forms.

Laura the bird has a problem when a cuckoo lays an egg in her nest. The cuckoo is too big and eats all of the food for the other birds and takes up all of the space. But Laura is happy when the little cuckoo saves the day.
