Getting a Hand on Wellness
By Jessica DeWitt & Bryan Fusco

I use my hands to put on my coat before I go to the park.
I use my hands to brush my teeth to keep them nice and shiny.
Holding hands with my mom shows her that I love her.
I use my hands to play tag at recess with my friends.
Painting with my hands expresses my emotions.
I use my hands to practice piano to play a pretty song.
At the end of my baseball game I give everyone a high five for a job well done.
I use my hands to carve a pumpkin for Halloween.
I use my hands to play catch with my Dad.
I eat ribs with my hands for dinner.
When I climb the monkey bars, I use my hands to hold on.
