Don’t Worry, Get Active!
by Hannah Dennis

I manage my stress by going outside for a run to help clear my head.

I do yoga and meditation to help calm my mind and help manage my stress.

I play basketball with my friends to manage my stress because it is my favorite sport to play.

I manage my stress by playing a board game to have fun with my roommate.

I listen to music and create artwork to manage my stress as a form of self expression.

I manage my stress by going hiking in the woods for a change of scenery and to enjoy nature.

I enjoy playing with my cat as a way to help manage my stress.

I take study breaks and experiment with cooking to better manage my stress levels.

I manage my stress by relaxing in my bed to give myself quiet time. 

Summary
Stress Management is a very important Habit of Mind to practice.
Exercise, Activity, and Play are Habits of Health that can help us better manage our stress.
Become a healthier person by choosing a variety of activities each day!
