I manage my stress by playing a board game to have fun with my roommate.&#13;
&#13;
I listen to music and create artwork to manage my stress as a form of self expression.&#13;
&#13;
I manage my stress by going hiking in the woods for a change of scenery and to enjoy nature.&#13;
&#13;
I enjoy playing with my cat as a way to help manage my stress.&#13;
&#13;
I take study breaks and experiment with cooking to better manage my stress levels.&#13;

I manage my stress by relaxing in my bed to give myself quiet time. &#13;

Summary&#13;
Stress Management is a very important Habit of Mind to practice. &#13;
