Setting Goals to Play Outside to Increase Social and Physical Health
by Courtney Hall and Allison Briede

I believe that I can change my physical activity habits by setting goals to play outside.

I set a goal to play for 1 hour outside everyday because I know that exercise will improve my health.

I set a goal to only use digital screens for 1 hour a day because I want to be able to keep up with my friends.

I set a goal to walk my dog with my dad twice a week because I know exercise is good for all three of us.

I set a goal to play with my friends outside instead of playing video games.

I set a goal to join a sports team because I know and believe that a sports team can introduce me to new fun and active friends.

I set a goal with my best friend to go to the park after school because physical activity will build strong bones.

I believe that I can spend more time playing outside with my friends and family by setting goals each day.

Summary
I have set goals to play outside every day!
How about YOU?
Have you set goals too?
