Setting Goals to Grow Up Physically Active
by Danielle Liszka and Corinne Gilardi

I believe I can set a goal to change my physical activity habits by playing outside more often.

I set a goal to play outside after school because it gives me energy in the fresh air.

I set a goal to to engage in 30 minutes of physical activity each day because it makes me happy.

I set a goal to participate in gym class so I can feel strong.

I set a goal to play soccer with my friends after school.

I set a goal to talk to my friends about physical activity because it can improve our school grades.

I set a goal to go for a walk with my parents every night.

I believe that I can make improvements in my physical activity by setting goals each day.

Summary
I have set goals to become more physically active!
How about YOU?
Have you decided too?
