Setting the Goal to Breastfeed
by Anna Agnew and Savannah Saul

I believe that I can provide sufficient nutrients to my baby by setting goals to breastfeed for one year.

I set a goal to feed my baby multiple times a day to ensure my baby is receiving an adequate amount of nutrients each day.

I set a goal to eat proper adult nutrients to ensure my baby receives quality breast milk.

I set a goal to feed my baby my breast milk because I know it will be a healthy form of food for my baby.

I set a goal to feed my baby my breastmilk because I know it will create a bond between us.

I set a goal to talk with my family about breastfeeding because I believe they will encourage me.

I set a goal to speak with my doctor on a regular basis to ensure I am getting the correct medical advice and care on breastfeeding.

I believe that I can benefit my baby, and also build a relationship with him/her by setting goals to breastfeed.

Summary
I have set a goal to breastfeed my child for the first year.
How about YOU?
Have you set a goal too?
