Goal Setting for 8 Hours of Sleep
by Stephanie O’Brien

I believe that I can better my sleep habits by setting goals for 8 hours of sleep.

I set a goal to get 8 hours of sleep because I know it will help my grades.

I set a goal to put my phone away an hour before bed because I believe it will help my eyes and body rest before bed.

I set a goal to shower an hour before bed to relax my muscles.

I set a goal to do homework with my friends right after class instead of before bed.

I set a goal to talk with my roommate about sleep because I know it can improve our grades.

I set a goal with my best friend to get enough sleep to boost our immune system during the winter time.

I believe that I can make improvements in my sleep patterns by setting goals each day.

Summary
I have set a goal to get 8 hours of sleep every night!
