Goal Setting for Functional Movement
by Allie Batcho and Mary Beth Herman

I believe that I can set goals to gain full body function from occupational therapy.

I set a goal to go to every therapy session because I know that each session improves my function.

I set a goal to accomplish all of my exercises because I believe I can gain full body function.

I set a goal to get enough sleep because I will feel rested and have more energy.

I set a goal to do my exercises at home with my family at designated times.

I set a goal to talk with my therapist after each session to gauge my progress.

I set a goal to go to my therapy session with a friend or family member who holds me accountable.

I believe that I can set goals to gain full body function and well-being.

Summary
I have set goals to gain full body function and well-being!
How about YOU?
Have you set goals too?
