Stress Management through Positive Physical and Mental Activities
by Courtney Hall

I believe that I can manage stress by engaging in positive physical and mental activities.

I manage stress by exploring and hiking in nature because I believe that it gives me positive energy.

I manage stress by reading books because they allow me to escape reality.

I manage stress by spending alone time in nature because I know that it allows me to reflect.

I manage stress by spending quality time with my family.

I manage stress by playing soccer with my friends.

I manage stress by doing fun outdoor activities with my mom.

I believe that I can decide to engage in positive activities every day in order to manage stress.

Summary
I manage stress by engaging in positive health behaviors!
How about YOU?
Have you managed your stress too?
