Stress Management Through Physical Activity, Nutrition, and Sleep
by Danielle Liszka

I believe that I can manage stress by doing a variety of activities to promote healthy living.

I manage stress by engaging in physical activity everyday.

I manage stress by eating healthy foods such as
fruits and vegetables.

I manage stress by getting enough sleep so I can be active and energized throughout the day.

I manage stress by going on adventures with friends.

I manage stress by cooking healthy meals with friends.

I manage stress by going on nature walks with my family.

I believe that I can improve my health behaviors by managing stress throughout the day.

Summary
I have decided to manage stress through physical activity, nutrition, and sleep!
How about YOU?
Have you managed stress too?
