I manage stress by eating better because balanced nutrition improves my overall health.

I manage stress by exercising often because this clears my mind before handling my other tasks.

I manage stress by getting 8 hours of sleep each night because adequate sleep prepares me for my day.

I manage stress by balancing school work and social activities throughout the semester.

I manage stress by visiting animals at the humane shelter because it is rewarding to be loved back.

I manage stress by hiking with my boyfriend because it is relaxing to be in nature together.

I believe that I can manage my stress by keeping my daily life balanced with work and play.
