I believe I can manage my stress by engaging in healthy habits.

I manage stress by getting 8 hours of sleep a night because I know it will give my body energy.

I manage stress by eating healthy foods everyday because I know it helps my mind and body function at its best.

I manage stress by exercising multiple times a week because I believe it helps me de-stress.

I manage stress by taking a break from studying, so my friend and I can watch sports.

I manage stress by getting frozen yogurt with my friends because it helps us relax.

I manage stress by going uptown with my friends.

I believe I can manage stress by staying healthy and active.

Summary
