Setting the Goal to Resolve Conflict
by Savannah Saul

I believe that I can improve my relationships through participating in good conflict resolution strategies.

I set a goal to talk individually with the person I am in conflict with.

I set a goal to bring another person with me and talk to the friend I am in conflict with again if they did not listen.

I set a goal to bring authority in with me if they still do not listen.

I set a goal to try to find a resolution instead of trying to “just be right”.

I set a goal to talk with my friends about conflict resolution.

I set a goal to not become defensive when someone is in conflict with me.

I believe that I can benefit myself, and my relationships with friends by setting goals to resolve conflict with good strategies.

Summary
I have set a goal to resolve conflict with my friends.
How about YOU?
Have you set a goal too?
