Managing Stress Through Activity
by Davan Groom

I believe I can manage stress by engaging in activities that relieve my mind of worry.

I manage stress by participating in one of my favorite activities each day.

I manage stress by going outside to breathe fresh air and relax my mind.

I manage stress by completing my daily tasks before performing my favorite activities.

I manage stress by going on runs or taking walks with my dog.

I manage stress by surrounding myself with friends who enjoy the same activities that I enjoy.

I manage stress by playing my favorite sports with my friends and teammates.

I believe I can make improvements in my mental health by managing stress each day.

Summary
I manage stress to take control of my mental health!
How about YOU?
Do you manage stress too?
