Managing Stress for Overall Health
by Katie Billman

I believe that I can manage my stress by expressing how I can control my overall health.

I manage stress by exercising three times a week because I know that exercise relieves my stress by releasing endorphins.

I manage stress by getting 8 hours of sleep because I believe that sleep improves my brain function, which helps me to get more done.

I manage stress by eating balanced meals daily because I know that good nutrition is essential for my mental health.

I manage stress by organizing my school work with classmates instead of trying to do everything on my own.

I manage stress by talking to my mom on the phone everyday about my stress because I know and believe that talking about my stress will help me manage it better.

I manage stress by being adventurous with my best friends while exploring new places.

I believe that I can make continuous progress in my overall health by managing stress throughout the day.

Summary
I am managing stress by expressing how I can control my overall health.
How about YOU?
Will you manage stress too?
