I believe I can manage stress through exercise, proper nutrition and meditation.

I manage stress by exercising daily to release tension and anxiety.

I manage stress through preparing my meals in advance so I always have healthy choices.

I manage stress by engaging in mind and body practices such as yoga.

I manage stress by working out with friends to stay motivated and engaged.

I manage stress by spending less time cooking my meals because my boyfriend helps me.

I manage stress by joining yoga with my co-workers.

I believe I can continue to manage stress through exercise, nutrition and meditation because I have passion for health, wellness and fitness!
