Managing Stress for Everyday Life
by Corinne Gilardi

I believe that I can manage stress by doing a variety of activities.

I manage stress by making a daily schedule because it helps me prioritize my time.

I manage stress by getting 8 hours of sleep daily because it improves my mood.

I manage stress by going grocery shopping and planning healthy meals for the week because good nutrients make me productive.

I manage stress by playing with my dogs to give me a chance to relax.

I manage stress by cooking with my sister to make sure we are eating healthy to help our brains work properly.

I manage stress by taking a walk with my mom outside in the fresh air.

I believe that I can do a variety of activities to manage stress throughout the day.

Summary
I have managed stress to live a healthy life.
How about YOU?
Will you manage stress too?
