Daily Activities to Help Manage Stress
by Emma Hennon

I believe that I can manage stress daily by performing small activities to relax.

I manage stress by getting 7 to 8 hours of sleep each night to ensure that my body is energized.

I manage stress by exercising 3 to 5 times each week in order to keep my body healthy.

I manage stress by taking a walk when I am feeling overwhelmed to recharge my mind.

I manage stress by spending time with my friends each day because my relationships are important.

I manage stress by having a healthy snack with a friend instead of one that is low in nutrients.

I manage stress by talking about my stressors with friends instead of holding them in.

I believe that by managing stress daily, I will be able to live a happier life.

Summary
I have completed daily activities to help me relax and manage stress.
How about YOU?
Have you managed stress too?
