Communicating Healthy Eating Habits to My Family
by Anna Agnew

I believe I can communicate my healthy eating habits so I can be a good role model for my family.

I communicate by writing grocery lists so I can have healthy foods on them.

I communicate by calling my family on the phone weekly to encourage their healthy eating habits.

I communicate why I eat fruit everyday because it reduces the risk of heart disease, stroke, and some cancers.

I communicate to my Mom how to prepare meals without red meat so we can reduce our cholesterol and saturated fat intake.

I communicate the value of eating breakfast with my family to start our metabolism for the day.

I communicate with my Dad so we keep all unhealthy foods out of the house to decrease temptations.

I believe that with family communication, I can help myself and others to eat healthier at every meal.

Summary
I communicate healthy eating habits to my family everyday.
How about YOU?
Will you communicate too?
