Setting Goals for Physical Activity and Morning Routines
by Lexie Brush

I believe that I can change my exercise habits by setting goals to workout almost every morning.

I set a goal to exercise in the mornings before school to allow me to have more energy throughout the day.

I set a goal to get at least 7 hours of sleep so that I am not too tired to exercise before school in the morning.

I set a goal to eat nutritious foods every morning so that my body has enough energy to exercise sufficiently.

I set a goal to participate in group exercise 2 days of the week in the mornings to keep me motivated.

I set a goal to exercise in the mornings with my friends and family because I know that we can help each other.

I set a goal with my roommate to exercise in the mornings because it will result in healthy weight loss and muscle gain.

I believe that I can make improvements in my morning exercise routine by setting goals each day.

I set a goal to improve my morning workout routine and overall physical health.
