Set Goals to Keep Teeth Pearly White
By Jessica Rupright

I believe that setting goals to practice good habits like brushing my teeth will improve my oral health.

I set a goal to floss my teeth after each time I brush my teeth.

I set a goal to use toothpaste recommended by my dentist to ensure I am cleaning my teeth well.

I set a goal to use mouthwash every time after I brush my teeth so I know I am killing all the germs.

I set a goal to see my dentist twice a year because he will make sure my oral health is good.

I set a goal to rinse my mouth out after drinking a sugary drink because it can help prevent cavities.

I set a goal to replace my toothbrush every 3 to 4 months with my family.

I believe that I can practice good hygiene habits at an early age because it can benefit my oral health goals.

Summary
I set a goal to keep my teeth pearly white.
How about you?
Have you set a goal too?
