Setting Goals for Eating a Healthy Breakfast
By Taylor Reid

I believe that I can make improvements when it comes to eating breakfast by setting goals to wake up each morning to make a healthy breakfast.

I set a goal to prepare my breakfast ahead of time so that way I make sure I eat in the morning so that way I get enough nutrients to start my day off.

I set a goal to get 8 hours of sleep every night so I have the energy to get up and eat breakfast every morning because I know that my brain will function better.

I set a goal to make sure I get the right types of organic foods when going to the grocery store because I know that it will keep me in shape and I won’t feel tempted to eat unhealthy foods.

I set a goal to talk to my roommates about the importance of eating a healthy breakfast and the benefits of it.

I set a goal to go to bed before midnight because [ I know that] sleep improves my mood and I will be motivated to get up when my alarm goes off instead of hitting snooze.

I set a goal to stop eating 2 hours before I go to bed so I don’t go to bed on a full stomach and I am ready to eat a healthy breakfast when I get up.

I believe that I can make improvements when it comes to eating breakfast by setting goals to get up in the morning and eat a healthy breakfast.

I set goals to eat a healthy breakfast every morning.
How about you?
Have you set a goal too?
