Making Healthy Nutrition Decisions As A Female College Student
By Caitlyn Threadgill
I believe I can change my nutrition habits by making the decision to purchase only healthy food options.
I made the decision to eat fruits as a snack because they contain antioxidants and vitamins.
I made the decision to drink water everyday so that I can stay hydrated and healthy.
I made the decision to stop eating by 7pm so my stomach can digest and I can sleep better.
I made the decision to talk with my roommates about drinking water instead of alcohol because water can improve our health.
I made the decision to take vitamins everyday with my friends so we all get enough nutrients to boost our iron and calcium levels.
I made the decision to cook a healthy meal with my friends at home instead of eating out at a restaurant.
I believe I can make improvements in my nutrition patterns by making the decision to not eat junk food.
