Making Healthy Goals for Health Physical Activity
by Maggie Whitacre

I believe that I can be more active by setting a goal to make exercise part of my weekly routine.

I set a goal to walk or ride my bike when it is possible instead of driving because physical activity is good for my health.

I set a goal to take the stairs instead of the elevator to be active and healthy.

I set a goal to wear a pedometer to track the number of steps I walk per day.

I set a goal to get up and walk around during work to increase my attention and work rate.

I set a goal to be more involved in nature and visit parks and trails often with my roomates.

I set a goal to join an intermural sports team with my friends so that we can be active and have fun.

I believe that I can set a goal to walk my dog to be more physically active.

Summary Slide
I set a goal to become more physically active.
How about you?
Have you set a goal too?
