Deciding to Join a Team
by Katherine Thomas

I believe I can change my physical activity habits by making the decision to join a sports team.

I decide to warm-up before I practice to prevent injury to my muscles.

I decide to drink water to hydrate during practice.

I decide to practice my program several times to improve my endurance.

I decide to talk to my teammate about healthy snacks to eat before practice.

I decide to practice with my friends so we can encourage each other to do our best.

I decide to stretch with my friends after practice so my muscles can recover.

I believe that I can change my physical activity habits by making the decision to exercise with my team.

Summary
I made the decision to join a team.
How about you?
Have you made a decision too?
