Deciding to Stay Physically Active
by Katherine Pendergraft
I believe that I can have fun while deciding to be physically active.
I decide to visit my community pool during the summer to get outside and stay physically active instead of sitting at home.
I decide to walk on local trails to enjoy nature and stay physically active because I know that it will improve my overall health.
I decide to play a game I love in my free time to stay physically active instead of sitting in front of the TV.
I decide to run fun races with my friends because I know it improves my cardiovascular health.
I decide to participate in team sports to have fun with my friends and stay physically active, because I know that social interaction and exercise are important.
I decide to walk my dog because it keeps both my dog and me physically active and healthy.
I believe that I can have fun while staying physically active by deciding to do things I love.
Summary
I have made the decision to stay physically active.
How about you?
Have you made a decision too?
