I set a goal to exercise at the recreation center 3 nights each week.

I set a goal to play basketball with my friends one night each week.

I set a goal to organize a physical activity with my friends 5 days each week.

I set a goal to eat protein after I exercise.

I set a goal to run after my classes on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

I set a goal to lift weights 5 times each week.

I set a goal to do cardio 3 times each week.

I set a goal to eat a healthy and balanced diet.

I set a goal to drink 2 liters of water each day.

I set a goal to sleep 8 hours each night.
