Decide to Get Up and Get Moving
By Shanyn McIntyre

I believe that I can start my day in a healthy way by deciding to work out in the morning.

I decide to exercise in the morning because it will kick start my metabolism.

I decide to workout in the morning because I will not have distractions that prevent me from exercising.

I decide to workout in the morning because I may burn more calories than I would in the evening.

I decide to work out in the morning so I can hang out with my friends in the evening.

I decide to workout in the morning because it is less crowded and easier to get a machine next to my friend.

I decide to workout in the morning because I can exercise with my coworkers before work.

I believe that I can decide to make fitness a priority in my schedule by working out in the morning.

Summary
I’ve decided to get up and get moving.
How about you?
Have you decided too?
