Grades 3 to 5

Performance Indicators:
PreK to Grade 2
6.2.1 Identify a short-term personal health goal and take action toward achieving the goal.
6.2.2 Identify who can help when assistance is needed to achieve a personal health goal.

6.5.1Set a personal health goal and track progress toward its achievement.
6.5.2 Identify resources to assist in achieving a personal health goal.  


Standard 7: Students will demonstrate the ability to practice health-enhancing behaviors and avoid or reduce health risks.

Performance Indicators:

7.2.1 Demonstrate healthy practices and behaviors to maintain or improve personal health.
7.2.2 Demonstrate behaviors that avoid or reduce health risks.

7.5.1 Identify responsible personal health behaviors.
7.5.2 Demonstrate a variety of healthy practices and behaviors to maintain or improve personal health.

I decide to go to sleep at the same time every night.
قررت أن أذهب إلى النوم في نفس الوقت كل ليلة.

I ask my mom to read a story to me as I fall asleep.
أسأل امي أن تقرأ قصة لي وأنا أغفر

I decide to wear pajamas to bed every night.
أقرر أرتداء ملابس النوم للنوم كل ليلة

When I am having a bad day, I decide to sleep with my teddy bear.
عندما أواجه يوما سيئا، أقرر أن أنام مع دمية دب تيدي

I have a goal to drink 1 glass of warm milk before I sleep.
لدي هدف لشرب كوب 1 من الحليب الدافئ قبل أن أنام

I decide to do yoga to calm down before I fall asleep.
أقرر أن أعمل اليوغا للتهدئه قبل أن أغفو

I decide to brush my teeth before I go to sleep each night.

I have a goal to take a bath each night before I go to sleep.
