It’s Time To Get Ready For Bed!
by Danielle Williams and April Consolo

I know this because it’s dark outside.
What a big yawn!
I take a bath.
I feel the water with my fingers to check the temperature.
I love a lot of soapy bubbles!
I put my pajamas on my legs.
I brush the hair on my head.
I use my hands to blow dry my hair.
I use my hands to pour my milk.
I drink my milk with my lips.
I sit side by side with my Dad to read a book.
Now, I need to brush my teeth.
I put the toothpaste on my toothbrush and brush away.
I swish water in my mouth and spit it out.
I use my fingers to floss my teeth.
Next, it’s time for hugs. I use my arms to hug my Mom.
I use my arms to hug my Dad.
I use my arms to hug my brother.
It’s time to climb into bed.
I get tucked into bed.
I close my eyes and fall asleep.
I wonder what I am going to dream of tonight?
