Setting Goals To Get 9 Hours of Sleep
by Taylor Pacak and Mitchell Durbin

I am confident that I can change my sleep patterns by setting specific times to go to bed early.

I set a goal to get 9 hours of sleep so I feel refreshed in the morning.

I set a goal to prioritize and finish my homework in a timely manner so I can go to bed early.

I set a goal to not procrastinate big exams and papers that cause me to stay up late.

I set a goal to start homework with friends as soon as I am finished with classes.

I set a goal to arrange early bed times with my roommate so that times work equally well for both of us.

I set a goal with friends to go to sleep earlier so we are prepared for class in the mornings.

I am confident that I can improve my sleep habits by setting different goals each day to go to bed early.

Summary
I have set goals to get 9 hours of sleep every night.
How about you?
Have you set goals too?
