Improving Oral Health Routine
by Lindsey Griffin and Lu Liu

I believe that I can make changes in my dental care routine to enhance my overall health.

I decide to brush my teeth twice a day because it removes germs from my mouth.

I decide to use approved dental products when brushing my teeth or when chewing gum.

I decide to floss after my last meal to reduce the amount of plaque build-up on my teeth and gums.

I decide to eat fresh fruit with my classmates because it is healthier for my teeth than candy.

I decide to brush my teeth with help from my Dad.

I decide to go the dentist every 6 months with my sister.

I decide to replace my toothbrush every 3 months when shopping with my parent.

I believe I can take small steps to make improvements in my dental health.

Summary
I have made the decision to
improve my dental health!
How about YOU?
Have you decided too?
