Deciding to Sleep 8 Hours Every Night
by Tyler Himes and Brett Hershner

I believe that I can decide to change my sleep habits by putting schoolwork above going out with friends.

I decide to get 8 hours of sleep each night so I will be successful and awake in all of my classes.

I decide to no longer use social media 1 hour before bed.

I decide to read over my notes each night before I go to bed.

I decide to set a goal to do my homework and study right after I’m done with my classes so I don’t put it off.

I decide to set a goal with my roommate to help each other study so we can do well in our classes together.

I decide to set a goal with my roommate to have all electronics off by 10:00 p.m.

I believe that I can decide to get 8 hours of sleep each night by meeting each of my goals.

Summary
I have made the decision to get 8 hours of sleep each night.
How about YOU?
Have you decided too?
