Deciding to Set Goals to Eat Healthier Foods
by Marquette Gasser and Nick Johnson

I believe that I can change my eating habits by deciding to eat healthier foods.

I set a goal to eat one cup of yogurt a day because it is a good source of calcium.

I set a goal to eat an apple at lunch instead of french fries.

I set a goal to drink a glass of milk each day because it is good for my bones.

I set goals to eat healthier foods at lunch with my friends.

I set a goal to talk with my classmates about fruits and vegetables everyday to improve our health.

I set a goal to pack a healthy lunch once a week to ensure I have healthy lunch options.

I believe that I can make improvements in my eating habits by setting goals for each day.

Summary
I have made the decision to eat healthier foods!
How about YOU?
Have you decided too?
