Positive Health Activities for Stress Management
by Mary Beth Herman

I believe that I can manage my stress by engaging in positive activities to relieve my body and mind.

I manage stress by getting enough sleep because I know that it clears my head and prepares me for the day.

I manage stress by reading because I believe it allows a break from school and calms me down.

I manage stress by working out because it releases endorphins and stimulates my body and mind.

I manage stress of my grades by talking to my best friend which allows me to reevaluate my priorities.

I manage stress of the day by playing with my nieces and nephews which reminds me to relax.

I manage stress of my future by talking to and spending time with my parents.

I believe that I can improve my physical and mental health by managing stress through positive activities.

Summary
I manage stress by performing positive healthy activities!
How about YOU?
Will you manage stress too?
