Planning for a Stress-Free Life
by Ashley Sivillo

I believe I can manage stress by incorporating various stress relieving activities in my routine.

I manage stress by budgeting my money, so that I am not surprised by bills.

I manage stress by writing down my assignments, so that I have proper time to complete them.

I manage stress by packing nutritious snacks for the day, because healthy foods improve brain function.

I manage by running with my housemate every morning to release built up worries.

I manage stress by calling my mom once a week to talk about future plans.

I manage stress by setting a bedtime with my housemates on weekdays, so we are not tired in school.

I believe that I can manage my stress levels by planning activities in my routine to lower stress.

Summary
I manage stress through healthy activities!
How about YOU?
Will you manage yours too?
