I believe I can manage stress by eating healthy and practicing good nutrition.
I manage stress by eating breakfast every day because I know that breakfast improves cognitive function and increases energy.
I manage stress by taking multivitamins and supplements every day to enhance the areas of nutrition I lack in.
I manage stress by learning more about nutrition everyday to stay current on new research findings and trends.
I manage stress by cooking dinner with my friends so that we all eat a healthy and balanced meal together.
I manage stress by talking to my friends about nutrition and sharing knowledge because I believe it can improve their health as well as mine.
