I believe I can manage stress by practicing healthy life habits.

I manage stress by eating fruits and vegetable because they are a great source of nutrients.

I manage stress when I go to the Recreational Sports Center because it’s great place to exercise.

I manage stress by getting at least eight hours of sleep a night so my body is well rested.

I manage stress by going on walks with my friends to relax and socialize.

I manage stress by going on hikes with my mom so we can experience nature and unwind together.

I manage stress by going on runs with my best friend because it’s a great way to exercise and spend time together.

I believe I can manage stress by practicing these healthy life habits frequently.
