Managing Stress With Healthier Alternatives
by Nick Johnson

I believe that I can manage stress by choosing healthier stress reducing alternatives.

I manage stress by lifting weights because it helps me take out my stress in a healthy way.

I manage stress by getting 8 hours of sleep each night so I do not wake up cranky and tired.

I manage stress by listening to music because music relaxes me.

I manage stress by talking to my friends about my stressors instead of drinking alcohol because alcohol is worse on my health.

I manage stress by petting my dog instead of taking it out on my loved ones.

I manage stress by meditating instead of worrying about my responsibilities because it calms me down.

I believe I can manage stress by choosing healthier stress reducing alternatives.

Summary
I have made the decision to choose healthier alternatives to reduce stress.
How about YOU?
Have you decided too?
