I manage stress by volunteering at an animal shelter, so that I can utilize animal therapy.
I manage stress by reading books for pleasure to give myself a mental break.
I manage stress by dancing with friends to increase endorphins.
I manage stress exercising with friends in group fitness to relieve tension.
I manage stress by eating healthy meals with friends to keep my body healthy.
I believe that I can manage stress by using relaxing activities effectively.
