Managing Stress Through Healthy Habits
by Mary Tess Irvine

I believe I can manage my stress by engaging in healthy daily activities that will prepare me to take on stressful events.

I manage stress by getting enough sleep because I know that it recharges my mind, and prepares me to take on stressful events.

I manage stress by keeping a planner because I believe writing things down will help me to manage my time and accomplish things in a timely manner.

I manage stress by preparing healthy meals because I know that proper nutrition will fuel my brain.

I manage stress by enjoying the great out doors with my sisters and dog because it is a great way to clear my mind.

I manage stress by engaging in fun physical activities with a friend.

I manage my stress by spending time with quality friends.

I believe that I can achieve a healthier lifestyle by managing stress throughout the day.

Summary
I manage stress by engaging in healthy daily activities that prepare my mind to take on stressful events.
How about YOU?
Will you manage stress too?
