Managing Stress Through Healthy Habits
by Erika Eustaquio

I believe that I can manage my stress by setting goals to improve my overall health.

I manage stress by working out at least 3 times a week because it clears my mind in an effective way.

I manage stress by planning meals in advance, so I don’t have to worry about what to eat and settle for fast food.

I manage stress by doing my homework ahead of time to avoid procrastination and be in bed on time.

I manage stress by going on walks with my dog outside and relax.

I manage stress by meeting up with my friend to do homework so we can motivate each other from being distracted.

I manage stress by taking 30 minute power naps with my dog to reboot my energy throughout the day.

I believe that I can make consistent improvements in my daily health by managing stress throughout the day.

Summary
I manage stress by performing positive healthy activities!
How about YOU?
Will you manage stress too?
