I believe that I can manage stress by practicing healthy behaviors like participating in physical activity and social interaction, this will help my mind and body feel healthier.
I manage stress by going for a run, because I know that running will lower my blood pressure.
I manage my stress by writing my schedule down in a planner, because I know that this will help me to stay organized and focused on my daily tasks.
I manage stress by getting 8 hours of sleep each night, because I know that this will help me concentrate in early classes.
I manage stress by spending time with my boyfriend, because I can talk about problems bothering me.
I manage stress by working out at the gym with a friend, because I know that my energy levels will increase.
I manage stress by playing with my dog, because playing helps to reduce stress producing hormones.
