Managing Stress by Practicing Positive Stress Relieving Habits
by Allison Briede

I believe that I can manage stress by practicing stress relieving habits everyday.

I manage stress by getting 8 hours of sleep every night because I know my mind needs this amount of time to rest.

I manage stress by eating fruits and vegetables when I am stress eating because I know that those foods will boost my metabolism.

I manage stress by doing yoga stretches before studying for exams because I know it will ease my mind.

I manage stress of too much homework by calling my mom to talk about what I need to get done.

I manage stress by taking my dog to the park for a walk to get fresh air.

I manage stress by quietly listening to soothing music with my roommate while during homework because it creates a peaceful environment for us.

I believe that I can manage stress in my daily life by practicing stress relieving activities.

Summary
I manage stress by practicing positive stress relieving activities every day!
How about YOU?
Are you positively managing stress too?
