Managing Stress By Keeping a Sound Mind and Body
by Jenna DiFiore

I manage stress by setting goals each day to stay healthy and organized.

I manage stress by drinking plenty of water because I believe that being hydrated gives me more energy.

I manage stress by relaxing and making sure I get at least 7 hours of sleep because I know this will help me function throughout the day.

I manage stress by making sure I am eating healthy throughout the day to gain more energy.

I manage stress by talking with my friends while sitting outside.

I manage the stress of having too much homework by spending time playing with my dog, because I believe that this will help improve my mood.

I manage stress by swimming with my friends from high school because I know that swimming and communication are both healthy for me.

I believe that I can form a sound body and mind by managing my stress throughout the day.

Summary
I manage stress through healthy life choices!
How about YOU?
Will you manage stress too?
