Managing Stress by Engaging in Activities I Enjoy by Jasneet Dhillon

I believe I can manage my stress by engaging in mindless activities to relax my mind.

I manage stress by working out four days a week because it improves my mood.

I manage stress by preparing my meals one day ahead because I will eat healthier when I come home.

I manage stress by keeping a planner because it helps me stay organized and on task.

I manage stress by doing cardiovascular activities with my sisters because the activities help me clear my mind.

I manage stress by talking to my grandma about my day because she gives me positive advice.

I manage stress by taking time to go out with my friends once a week because I know it builds a good relationship between us.

I believe that I can make consistent improvements in my daily health by managing stress throughout the day.

Summary
I am managing stress by engaging in mindless activities throughout my day.
How about you?
Will you manage your stress too?
