Managing Stress
by Emily Cole

I believe that I can manage my stress by doing a variety of activities to increase physical and mental fitness.

I manage stress by taking time to play the piano because I know that playing an instrument helps me relax.

I manage stress by practicing Tai Chi because practicing internal martial arts balances my physical and mental health.

I manage stress by picking organic fruits and vegetables in an orchard to increase my nutrient intake.

I manage stress by doing activities with my friends on the weekends to take a break from homework.

I manage stress by playing intramural sports with my friends because I know that exercising keeps me healthy.

I manage stress by spending time outdoors with my friends in order to deepen our relationships and improve my mood.

I believe that I can make consistent improvements in my daily health by managing stress throughout the day.

Summary
I manage stress by performing positive healthy activities!
How about YOU?
Will you manage stress too?
