I manage stress by going to the shooting range because it helps me focus.

I believe that I can manage stress by doing a variety of activities to help me relax.

I manage stress by working out each day because I know that working out improves energy levels.

I manage stress by doing yoga because it helps me relax.

I manage stress by partaking in archery because I know that it allows me to focus clearly.

I manage stress by spending time with my dog because she can always make me laugh and give me energy.

I manage stress by spending time with my boyfriend because I know that he can make me smile.

I manage stress by going hiking with my best friend because she can always make me laugh.

Summary
I believe that I can make consistent improvements in my daily life by managing stress by doing things I enjoy.
